Get Copies of Grant County Court Records

Mail requests can be sent to P.O. Box 9, Medford, OK 73759. Include the case number or the full names of the parties and the approximate date range. Specify which documents you need and whether you want certified or uncertified copies. Make checks payable to "Grant County Court Clerk." Include a self-addressed stamped envelope for the return.

Criminal Court Records in Grant County

Expungement is available in Oklahoma for people who meet certain conditions. Under Title 22, Section 18, a person can ask the court to seal or destroy criminal records. Once expunged, those records do not appear on OSCN or in the clerk's files. If you are doing a background check and get no results, it is possible the records were expunged rather than never existing.
