Logan County District Court

The Logan County Court Clerk office is at 301 E Harrison, Room 201, in Guthrie. The clerk records, files, and maintains permanent records of the District Court. That includes keeping trial dockets, case files, and journals so past court proceedings can be found. The office also maintains an appearance docket with summaries of court actions. Staff collect court fees, fines, costs, assessments, and forfeitures, then distribute the money to the right agencies.

Beyond court records, the Logan County clerk issues legal warrants including subpoenas, summons, orders, and writs. The office issues marriage licenses and registers minister's credentials.
