Woodward County District Court

Woodward County is part of the 4th Judicial District. Appeals from this court go to the Oklahoma Supreme Court for civil matters or the Court of Criminal Appeals for criminal cases. Copies of court records cost $1.00 for the first page and $0.50 for each additional page per 28 O.S. Section 31. Certification is $0.50 per document. Authentication runs $5.00.

Attorney-client privileged information and HIPAA-protected medical records are also exempt. Under Title 22, Section 18 of the Oklahoma Statutes, eligible individuals can petition the Woodward County court to expunge certain criminal records from public view. Eligibility varies depending on the type of case and how it was resolved.
